These estimates are based on established sect policy and embrace habits. The ratios between generations are purely subjective and reflect only my own viewpoint based on the politics, behavior, and beliefs of the sect. The essential criteria amounts to one Kindred for every 20,000 mortals - a ratio that allows a significant Kindred population in any mortal city of moderate size (and hence allows for a chronicle with a relatively complete kindred social structure to be placed nearly anywhere).
